I am pleasure to in form that in Cambodia, the CCC voting for selecting PR, so far in Cambodia PR is government alone, but now for GF Round 8 in Cambodia voting for selection PR we have two options 1). Mixed PR mean that Government + NGO, 2). Government alone. But we not yet on this results. Keo Chen
