My biography
I graduated MD from University of St. Petersburg, Russia and M.Sc in microbiology from University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. I have just completed my doctoral studies at University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA, which was supported by the Fogarty International Research Collaborative Award, National Institutes of Health, USA. I am involved in Molecular Diagnostics of infectious and genetic diseases, Researches and Postgraduate Training in Microbiology and Molecular Virology.
