My biography

I did my graduation from Kabul Medical University in 1998. After graduation I worked as medical officer in ENT department of 400 beds hospital. Later on I joined a national NGO as trainer and after 3 months promoted to training coordinator position. In 2004 I got a scholership from Aga Khan University and did MSc. in Health Policy and Management. I did top in the MSc. program and got over all distinction. In 2006 I got a fellowship from WHO and did diploma in malaria program planning and management from the EMRO regional training center in Iran. In December 2006 I joined WHO Afghanistan as national program officer/RBM department and in August 2007 joined Ministry of Publich Health as National Malaria and Leishmaniasis Control Program Manager. I am married and 34 years old.
