    Global Fund CCM policies

Country Coordinating Mechanisms (CCM) are central to the Global Fund's commitment to local ownership and participatory decision-making. The key principles behind CCMs have remained unchanged. CCM minimum requirements were introduced in 2005 to help improve governance, transparency and inclusiveness in their operations. As a result many CCMs have and continue to evolve to improve their own functions. With this in mind:

    Q. What do you think are the most important Global Fund policies and procedures for your CCM? What could be done to improve the knowledge on these policies among CCM stakeholders?

Suggestions: your answers could include (but not be limited to), ways in which your CCM informs its members on Global Fund principles and policies; lessons learnt from your own experience with information-sharing within your CCM; and others.

N.B. The topics and questions posted in the forums have been compiled from contributions received from CCM members and other Global Fund stakeholders. If you wish to contribute new topics for discussion, please visit the Topic Suggestions Forum.
