A Question for the Global Fund

Dear Colleagues,

Why are some countries still on the second round [of Global Fund grants] while others are on the third or fourth rounds?

Can we please know in which round is the TB component for the proposal from El Salvador? Such information is not readily available locally and there seem to be issues of transparency as in other countries of Central America.
