What are your thoughts regarding the way in which the Secretariat of the Global Fund interacts with and facilitates communication among Global Fund stakeholders?
The Secretariat is very efficient and has demonstrated commitment as it responds to all requests on time and updates stakeholders on events and activities.
The Secretariat needs to intensify efforts of communications with Sub-recipients and other stakeholders at the grass root level, including transsexual community; support proposal development process.
The Secretariat took the lead and provided a unique platform for open dialogue for sharing, exchanging and disseminating information and this should be maintained as the Secretariat has insufficient interaction with stakeholders.
The Secretariat is too remote from reality of life of the beneficiaries; therefore the Global Fund should establish regional or country offices.
Secretariat members should visit implementing countries more often, and also for other purposes other than monitoring.
The Secretariat has demonstrated high level skills in public relations and communications supported by Information technology systems that enhance the dialogue and allows global networking.

The Global Fund Secretariat needs to make more efforts in raising awareness of the work of the organization; should contact labor unions worldwide as most people living with HIV/AIDS are workers.
The Secretariat staff is very friendly and professional, but the high bureaucracy makes any process very slow; procedures and forms should be simplified and special attention should be placed in multi-country proposals to diminish bureaucracy.
