Received reminder.(GF products& services associated with innovative
financing i.e. Clean Space credits,carbon credits,provision of
international monetary policy,financial resources)could be
involved in GF Secretariat grant making process.GF Secretariat
could consider above innovative financing provision for mobilization
of available resources in prevention of diseases,effective intervention
with international payment mechanism& balanced manner approaches in
regional priority.
Discussion ,The Future Scenario could give innovative financing
measures& communication for GF Secretariat with international stake-
holders

In coming future,GF mechanism could expand its own structure
with innovative financing like UNITAID in Fund raised &spent
including funding decision,commitment & disbursement,pledges &
contribution& voluntary replenishment mechanism .
For evaluation of coming 5-10years(GF mechanism),GF component e.g.
Fund raised & spent would be required in Asian,African &developed
countries for prevention of number of diseases(acquired,genetically,
occupational,environmental hazard(earth-quake,rising coastlines,
draught& floods)factors,the above GF component could include
clean space development,clean space protocol,convention &clean
space credits for clean human ecology,space exploration research
&developed structure of GF fund raised &spent component for effective
mechanism of Rolling continuation channel.
Clean space credits could be included in international monitory
policy for creation of suitable reserves,international liquidity,
& convertible monetary units.In coming future GF mechanism could
use clean space suitable reserves& credits for effective implementation of above component.Below mentioned mechanism has
been submitted to CNN.COM for UN convention of Clean Space Mechanism
(UNCCSM).
