The GF Secretariat could interact with many stakeholders in
the form of research,development,civil-society,social institutions,
Govt, for proposals procurement through TRP,country's TRP could
collect technical priority& measures from the above institutions.
The GF Secretariat could ease country's proposals mechanism for
addressing specific strategy & intervention alongwith ad-hoc
consultancies,facilitating communication,analysis of technical
assistance,for allocation of TA budget in proposals procurement.
Discusion,The Future Scenario(GF)could determine future communication
priority for the GF Secretariat.

factors of grant agreement,funding& country's proposals mechanism
for addressing specific strategy & intervention.Effective implementation of technical review proposals,GF nodal TRP& TERG
should develop intra-TRP& TERG network within countries for proper
functioning& appropriate resourced country co-ordinating mechanism.
GF nodal TRP & TERG could provide technical assistance
with international health guidelines,international standard of
technical approaches,counselling,coverage of laboratory facility,
application of imaging& recombinant DNA technology,invasive procedure
bio-safety,genetic counselling,treatment protocol,algorithm ,to
less GNP& less basic infrastructure countries.Country's TRP proposals
addressing capacity would decide T.A.budget allocation in country's
proposals development.Due to differ socio-technical& economical
environment ,GF technical review proposals could give a basic framework
for specific country's TRP & TERG for testing methodlogy,quality
assurance,networking analysis,innovative financing component of
GF mechanism could link with assessment of technical budget for
ensuring effective implementation of TRP & TERG in less economical
infrastructure countries.In future scenario technical assistance
information & priority could give capacity development support for
country's technical review proposals.
