Dear members, Its really true that sometime people who have read books exploit the local people at the grassroot a case in point the NUSAF which did not benefit the poor only well to do benefited from the funds. I think it is high time that the world should start working together with members of the press sincerely i know very litle how Global fund operate because they are not open to members of the press. If the world can valued the efforts of media like the American government does because as i write am well conversent with their programs here on the ground which make it easy for us members of the press to make them accountable incase of any mismanagement of funds. Am happy that you got your information abaut the mismanagement of the NUSAF from the media what if World Bank together with the government of Uganda had brought on board all stakeholder together they would have achieved their goal. On life expectancy i think the research was done in a peaceful districts of Uganda but not northern uganda.
