                        Regarding the comment and reaction to the strategic sensations related to the e-forum discussion, from the very beginning the e-forum discussion the questions were very useful and broader   thinking and expression of our own views related to each questions, surrey, identification, health and service products and implementation of project was discussed elaborately each and every participants were viewed their own way according to their living conations and environment. Role of global fund and implementation strategies are very useful to every body to serve to their target population for various projects. most of the participants imported about the global killer disease AIDS, the designed address the needs of women, girls and sexual minorities in relation to HIV/AIDS, TB&Malaria, the discussion was very useful and most participants are agreed to serve to women, girls & sexual minorities but at the same time on gender focus, many are supported both men and women equally if HIV/AIDS infected this is a contra version to the first and last. The involvement of all relevant groups are must, because they are bridge between the infected and care taker we live   in different environments but the communication through e-forum gives us the opportunity to observe the global views and conditions. Regarding health system strengthening, all are having the same vision to improve health, nutrition, good environment with psychological development of target group. But some bodies linked with the global fund with the country’s total budget allocation. A under developed/developing countries can not reach all health products to the people because the over population like India, voluntary organization those who are at the service renders can be redressed by getting private funds from like my global fund discussion on need for the preparation of prospects and implementation of programs was in good manner every body took much interested participation. Implementation some bodies are accepted arias the financial gab for the program. It is also a acceptable one. Discussion on to enhance collaboration, communication and co-ordination at the regional level a large and inserting discussion was on gender strategy focus. All participation are expressed both men women should give equal treatment because both are infected with HIV/AIDS, TB/Malaria. Some body differs with this and viewed more importance to   the women because she deliver a baby with HIV.

                          All these strategic question and discussions are very useful and calcified many doubts and hinders.
