            Regarding this weeks e-forum 2008,’’what are your thoughts regarding the way in which the secretariat of the global fund interacts with and facilitates communication among Global fund stakeholders/’’

            Firstly. I do not know the structure of the My Global fund This may be a small constraints, because who is the commanding position and because who is the commanding position and who are implementing sector of My Global Fund to the world wide to fight against HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria. I, the Indian population are practiced as international communicating language is English. We here Government & Non Government & Public are use the communicating language is English beyond the local mother tongue.

            The My Global fund’s secretariat representatives may communicate in English beyond the US official languages as stated. The communication from the My Global Fund’s secretariat may includes the clear cut implementations plan, financial break-up collaborating partners, target populations and strategies to achieve the Goals setout by My Global fund, because each and every participants are having their own views and strategies, but this may vary or not in uniform achievement of the aims & objectives of My Global fund. All the documents and other communication may be transparency but should be a limited extend of the particular project implementation. Be successful the My Global funds project implementation.

                 This week e-forum topic of civil society organizations as principal recipients the CSOs those who have been chosen as principal recipients of global fund grant, it should have adequate infrastructure, technical knowledge on implementation of the program. Staff of CSO should be trained in relevant field and conducted weekly progress meetings for evaluation and monitoring purpose. They should have close link/contacted with the CCOM for each activates are going to be implemented education and dissemination of the program to be monitor closely. CSOs have flexible nature for easy approach and implementations they should have a proper set up of organization and have registered under necessary laws. They have to motivate all members to implement the program successfully without any deviation & delay; they must have innovative methodologies to link/contact with the government departments for better implementation of the program. Faculties should have adequate knowledge on the program. Which is going to be implementation? CSO have an experience of implementation of such program and have knowledge   of the program and monitoring & evaluation methodologies CSOs are confident and reliable one and the CSO have to be full involvement and interested for successful implementation of the program.
