I suggest GLOBAL FUND to open offices around the world, in order to know the true situtation of the three Global Diseases AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, these offices will collect all data of the three diseases and will pass to the Central office Geneva, because now GLOBAL FUND has only one office, so it's centralized the managment. How should it be doing it ? Global Fund will train three persons in each office around the world, those oriented doing the work of Global Fund, they will make Auditing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Assessment in operation area. every activity they will prepare report, at the end of every project they will send final report to the Global Fund. Who should be involved? this will be involved especial team whose sit is Genava, they will evaluate the reports of the country Representatives Officers , they will interprate the data and will make Graphs at the end they pass yearly meeting of the Global Fund, Board. what your idea about the future of the Global Fund is? My idea about the Future of Global Fund is very optimist, and i believe it will succeed if make duties sharing. Example now top up to button of the world related the office of Geneva, no other sub- offices around the world, every year Global Fund makes bid proposal, when the organizations send the soft copy by E-mail they must send the hard copy to the Geneva, because no other office in Global fund. How might any obstacle be overcome? this obstacles can overcome if every country gets one office represents Global Fund The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. Example:- United Nations the Head Quarter is U.S.A and has offices around the world. why can't Global Fund? Why should your idea be considered? My idea be considered, because i am talking about facts, i am one of the civil society activist, so many organization i collected this idea.
