n my point of veiw to wards mechanisms could the Global Fund put in place to enhance collaboration, communication and coordination at regional level are:- To open every country in the world Global Fund office, country coordinators. To train every office three persons send the report and activities of Global fund, what was acheived? and what was not acheived. To train every regional two to three persons and open regional office, these people will be technical people they will help country focul points, they will collect the data country offices and they will pass Head quarter Genva. In Geneva will make especial office collects data from regional faculpoints. this office will send the data general meeting of board directors of Global Fund. Now Global Fund works centralized system, we are dependent Geneva top up botton, so i request to make country coordinator. which quickly passes Global fund the high demand of the countries
