Hello all The questions are:- despite of the large- scale aid inflows to the poor developing countries why Many of theses countries are today still off-track to meet the MDGs ,why poverty and hunger are going to get worse why many attempts to force the existing technologies in the rural poor communities to improve health and help its people overcome poverty and hunger are failed although of the so many attractive financing options, my point of view that many of the existing technologies don't meet users expectation ,not suitable nor practical, technically unfeasible and not able to meet with the socioeconomic realities and style of life in the poor communities Global fund has to support adopt and search about new environmentally friendly , affordable , appropriate, Taylor made technologies that can create new opportunities for the poor to assist to achieve the MDGs by having a range of positive impact including enhancing the life hood of poor people, the quality of health, and weep out extreme poverty and hunger in the same time transforming these poor communities to use these technologies instead of reliance on the exploitation of natural resources to get their needs
