This week on the e-Forum 2008 we continue discussing the theme of Implementation and we would like to invite you to share your thoughts and experience on a new question: 

How can the oversight and coordination of Global Fund supported programs be improved?

 
Your answer could include (but does not have to be limited to): to what degree should the Global Fund be involved in oversight; the distinct roles that the Country Coordinating Mechanism, Principal Recipients, Sub-Recipients, Local Fund Agents and the Global Fund Secretariat, Technical Review Panel, Global Fund Board, as well as national bodies should play; needs for in-country oversight of Global Fund programs; ideas for improving oversight and who should carry that role; areas where the Global Fund should provide more guidance on procedures and those where “less would be more”; areas where capacity strengthening of national actors would help to overcome oversight problems.
