• All partners must be brought under one address for mutual benefits

1. Accountability - to both the GFATM and country. Proposals and reports should be done in a transparent manner, with meaningful involvement and particiaption of all key stakeholders;
   
   
2. Transparency - national counterparts and the general public should know what the CCM is doing and how;
   
   
3. Delivery of programmes and finances -- if the money is not moving yet there are glaring and urgent needs in a country, then the CCM has serious challenges;
   
   
4. Representation and meaningful participation of people living with the three diseases and other key population groups like sexual minorities, CSO, etc.
