In response to your enquiry we note that it is the role of the CCM to decide on the process for PR nomination. The Global Fund requirement is that the process should be open, transparent and documented.

Dear Forum, If the CCM of the country "call for proposal" asks proposals from civil society and private sector, is the govt ministry eligible to apply for the proposal?
