Dear all, Its my pleasure to be part of this global discussion group but for us here in Africa the effectiveness of the GF has to be redefined to meet the changing times of development mostly use the use and introduction of new technologies, new methods and research for combating the three diseases at the same time. So many HIV/AIDS initiatives have been set up and their fragamentation does not add up to the current times of networking. The GF implementers have now to understand that the use of ICTs can facilitate in helping in the acceleration against the fight of HIV/AIDS, Malaria & TB in Africa and other poor countries.
