This forum is led by Gunasekar Rajaratnam, a consultant based in India, coordinator of a research study initiated by the Global Implementation Support Team at UNAIDS. The Case Study on Access, Quality, Effectiveness of Technical Support to Global Fund Grant Implementation at Country Level is expected to provide clear and practical advice for policy and programming changes within countries.

The study team would like to involve the MyGlobalFund.org community to discuss the study’s findings as they emerge. Members are encouraged to voice their opinions, concerns, and experience regarding technical support for grant implementation and related issues in their countries.
