The second Partnership Forum was held from 1 to 3 July 2006 in Durban, South Africa. The e-Forum was an important element of the Partnership Forum process. Between January and May 2006, the e-Forum provided an additional opportunity for approximately 1,350 participants to contribute to the debate, and to suggest broad policy recommendations to the Global Fund Board.
